Coming to a school near you…….?

We are currently busy working on a tour for this show which was

Previously seen at Norfolk & Norwich Festival 2016 at

Norwich Puppet Theatre on Saturday 28th May

A trunk is found in a dusty old attic. A trunk that contains secrets, carried tales of adventure and revolution across the globe. A trunk that will be unlocked for the first time in over 100 years.
Inside we find stories from the New World, of battles lost and won, tall ships, trade routes, and a young girl left behind.
Based on the real life story of Mary English, a 19th century adventurer and business woman, who’s letters, now found, form part of the National Archive. Her portrait hangs in the National Portrait Gallery among the revolutionaries. Hers is a rare and unsung story.
KinAesthetic Theatre Co. with the help of Taverham Junior School have developed this work in progress performance that will incorporate puppetry, visual theatre and an original sound score, to imaginatively recount some of the stories that emerged from that trunk.
. Aimed at children aged 7-11 in schools and theatres; children, adults and teachers are all very welcome.
